_Multi-National Retailer
Project Brief
The customer had a clear strategic vision to deploy a ‘best-in-class’ productivity and collaborative platform. They wanted to capitalise on their investment with Microsoft technologies and ensure the delivery of an online platform that would complement their creative and collaborative corporate culture.
The customer also wanted an on-premise element to support initial build, customisation and multi-stream development capability, whilst capitalising on existing IT assets. Our newly recruited specialists were engaged to work with the client to define a hybrid solution capable of supporting the client’s strategic development goals, and drive the subsequent delivery and early life adoption of both the on-premise and online service.
Delivery
Our specialists worked directly with the client to ensure the Microsoft Online Service met all their current requirements and was aligned with future development strategies; providing comprehensive design documentation, defining the hybrid service support model and over-arching co-existence strategy.
Our specialists also delivered valuable guidance throughout contractual negotiations, ensured timely delivery and a seamless transition to the online platform.
