Project Brief
The customer was looking to improve business productivity and collaboration that wasn’t available within their existing infrastructure. They’d made the decision to move to a Microsoft technology stack that would provide enhanced collaboration and a universal email platform and client. Our new specialists were engaged to assist with mitigation for use cases, and provide the expertise and governance to oversee the IT incumbent’s delivery of Microsoft Online Services.
Delivery
Our specialists worked with the business security and compliance teams to ensure the Microsoft Online Service met all their current and future requirements. They provided key design decision documentation to ensure the correct decision had been made by the incumbent IT team. Once this decision was approved, our specialists led the transformation programme and provided expert knowledge to facilitate a smooth transition, whilst ensuring business impact was minimised throughout the engagement.
Due to the nature of the business, and the acceptable rate of business change, this programme was delivered over a period of 12 months to avoid impacting on key trading periods and a seamless continuation of service support.
